Terms and conditions

1. NO PURCHASE IS REQUIRED (Void where prohibited by law). All individuals who have reached the age of majority in the State in which they reside, are eligible to enter except employees, representatives, sweepstakes judges and persons domiciled with any of the above.

2. One prize will be awarded among all eligible entrants.

3. To participate in the sweepstakes, individuals must enter online at www.ValueWatcher.com, before the date and time stated on the sweepstakes page.

4. The Prize will be awarded to the first person selected at random from among all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via email and will be delivered to the confirmed winner. The winner will be notified immediately following the drawing via email. Your chance of being selected is determined by total number of eligible entries received.

7. The selected entrant will be contacted by e-mail ONLY at the e-mail address entered in thier account with us. It is the entrant's responsibility to make sure their email address is valid. If the selected entrant does not respond by e-mail within 5 days of transmission, or if the selected entrant does not comply with the sweepstakes Rules and Regulations, that entrant forfeits any right to the Prize and another entrant will be selected. The Prize is not transferable or convertible to cash and must be accepted as awarded.

8. ValueWatcher.com is not responsible for failure for any reason whatsoever of selected entrant to receive notification. Arrangements for the fulfillment of the Prize will be made by ValueWatcher.com which reserves the right in their sole discretion to substitute any and all part of the Prize with a Prize of comparable value.

9. The selected entrant will be required to sign a declaration of compliance with the sweepstakes Terms and Conditions and one or more releases to obtain the Prize. ValueWatcher.com is not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer system, property or anything stored on or related thereto as a result of participation in, or connection with, this sweepstakes. Entrants release ValueWatcher.com from all liability in connection with the sweepstakes and any Prize won.

10. In order to be eligible to win the Prize, the selected of the entrants selected for the Prize must authorize the ValueWatcher.com to announce and publish their names, and photographs (without remuneration) in any publicity and also must sign one or more release forms in favor of ValueWatcher.com and declarations of eligibility. The declaration form will state that the selected entrant, has read, understood, and complied with the rules and regulations of the sweepstakes, and that he/she accepts the Prize as offered.

11. Failure to comply with all the sweepstakes rules or to sign and return any of the release forms will result in disqualification and another entrant will be drawn from the remaining eligible entries received. A selected entrant will be declared a winner only after meeting all of the above terms and conditions.

12. ValueWatcher.com is not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, delay in operation or transmission or unauthorized access to or alterations of entries, or for technical, equipment, network, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunction or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry by ValueWatcher.com, even if it affects ability to enter or entry into this sweepstakes. ValueWatcher.com is also not responsible for lost, stolen, misdirected, delayed, destroyed or illegible entries. All submissions become the property of the ValueWatcher.com and will not be returned.

13. The decisions of the sweepstakes judges will be final and binding on all entrants. By entering, entrants agree that they have read, understood and agree to these sweepstakes rules and regulations and release ValueWatcher.com from all liability in connection with the sweepstakes and/or any Prizes. This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable Federal, State and Municipal laws and is void where prohibited. It is the winners' responsibility to report Prize value as income on State and Federal taxes.

14. ValueWatcher.com reserves the right to amend or terminate all or any portion of this sweepstakes at any time without prior notice.
